SECTION 21 – SUBSCRIPTIONS, INTRODUCTORY PRICING & CANCELLATIONS
21.1 Introductory Pricing
We may offer an introductory discounted price for your first subscription box. The introductory discounted price is available on the basis that either:
(a) you complete two consecutive monthly subscription payments; or
(b) you pay the full non-discounted retail value of the first box.
If you cancel your subscription before the second monthly payment is taken and choose to keep the first box, we reserve the right to charge the difference between the introductory price paid and the full non-discounted retail value of the first box.
21.2 Statutory Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations
2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your first box.
If you cancel within this 14-day period, you may either:
(a) return the box to us in its original condition (including tags and hygiene seals intact, except to the extent the items have been handled only as necessary to inspect them), in which case we will issue a full refund of any payments made, including the introductory price, once the returned items are received; or
(b) choose to keep the box, in which case the introductory discount will no longer apply and you will be required to pay the difference between the introductory price paid and the full non-discounted retail price of the box.
If returned items show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect any loss in value.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
21.3 Cancellation After 14 Days
After the 14-day statutory cancellation period has passed, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
If you cancel after receiving your first box but before the second monthly payment is taken and you choose to keep the first box, the introductory discount will no longer apply and the remaining balance of the full retail value will become payable.
If you cancel after completing two consecutive subscription payments, no further charges will apply and your subscription will end at the conclusion of the current billing period. To avoid the next renewal payment, you must cancel before your next billing date.
21.4 Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will be made within 14 days of receiving returned items or evidence they have been sent back.
