Subscription Boxes: Subscription Boxes are dispatched from our headquarters in Manchester, UK. For customers in the UK, boxes are shipped via Royal Mail and typically arrive in approximately 1-3 working days. For U.S. customers, boxes are shipped via USPS and typically arrive in approximately 2-9 working days. We typically dispatch orders within 3-9 days after being placed.
Lingerie: Our lingerie is also sent from our headquarters in Manchester, UK. Shipments to the UK are handled by Royal Mail, typically arrive in approximately 1-3 working days, while U.S. orders are shipped via USPS, typically arrive in approximately 2-9 working days.
Returns Policy
You may return most new items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover domestic return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., if you received an incorrect or defective item). If you decide to return an item, please inform us within 14 days of receipt, ensuring the item remains in the same condition it was received.
Refunds
